 Unsure as to whether this is the best way to reach out (if not, please feel free to delete), but I ran into your group at the Geek Girl convention and wanted to say "hi".

I've done costuming for about a decade, and mentioned the possibility of doing some kind of either mold making or pattern making class. (I ran an epoxy casting class at a Fanime a few years back, and probably still have the notes from it.) I'd also love to check the place out sometime. (Although not sure when. I have a new job starting, so week nights, I suspect, will be a bit tight for a while.)

Thanks for posting! We would be totally psyched to host a class. If you send me a personal message, we can discuss your fees, scheduling, etc. We can also set a time for you to visit the space as my guest if the Tuesday night open house isn't a good time for you.

That sounds awesome! I've usually done classes for con badges in the past, so would be happy to do one for expenses. (Travel or materials or whatever. That's an advantage of the resin casting one...I think I have all the materials ready already, so wouldn't need to do much.) Will PM as well, or you can email me at Penthesilea at gmail

Let me know of a good time. Tuesdays are tight, as I raid those nights with my guild. (Nerdy, yes, but it's the only way I see a bunch of my old friends on a semi-regular basis!) Weekends tend to be better, if a Saturday or Sunday would work.
